Green mobility

Delivery of electric vehicles and installation of charging infrastructure for 19 municipalities in Bulgaria. The project is part of the MLSP programme for modernising social services, funded under NRRP, "REPowerEU" chapter.

  • Delivery of electric cars for municipal social services
  • Installation of charging stations at beneficiary sites
  • Beneficiaries: municipalities with delegated state activity in the social sphere
  • Social services: care homes for the elderly, sheltered housing, day centres, community support centres, complexes for children and people with disabilities

Scope

Included municipalities from Blagoevgrad, Pernik, Ruse, Silistra (Tutrakan), Burgas, Razgrad and other regions. Implementation starts in 2026.

Delivery and commissioning of electric vehicles for municipal social services.

Charging infrastructure

Installation of charging stations on the social-service sites.

Delegated activities

Services that municipalities deliver as state-delegated activity — residential and day formats for vulnerable groups.
